Abstract: 微型化是无线控制平台设计过程的一个重要挑战.设计一种通用的微型控制平台,内部集成无线通信模块,实现对无刷直流电机及形状记忆合金的远程控制.系统设计中充分考虑微型化需求,采用集成2.4 GHz无线通信模块的CC2530作为微处理器,通过六步换相法实现实时的无刷直流电机状态控制,并使用PWM方法改变形状记忆合金电流输入来完成伸长及收缩状态.通过相应实验进行验证,系统可以实时响应PC端控制指令,精确完成无刷电机转动和形状记忆合金控制,验证了设计的有效性.系统高度集成,满足低功耗、微型化需求,在微型机器人领域具有广阔的应用空间.
