Abstract: 随着公立医院改革的不断推进,以破除“以药养医”为核心的基层医疗卫生机构综合改革不断深化,国家对医疗卫生事业单位的分配机制做出了明确的指导,把医疗事业单位的绩效工资分为基础性绩效工资和奖励性绩效工资两部分。基础性绩效工资是按政策规定,与职工职务、职称、工龄挂钩的相对固定的薪酬工资,包括津贴、补贴部分的福利性工资;而奖励性绩效工资顾名思义是体现职工的业绩,突出业绩报酬的那部分工资,主要与工作量和实际贡献挂钩。本文着重以奖励性绩效工资(以下简称奖金)展开讨论。
