Abstract: <正>长久吹长时间对着电风扇吹,人体温度会随着汗液的大量蒸发而下降,容易引起伤风、感冒、腹痛、腹泻等疾病。一般以一次吹风半小时到1小时为宜。高速吹当气温超过30℃时,空气温度已接近于人的正常体温,此时人体的热量主要应靠汗液蒸发散热。如果电扇风吹得过大,皮肤表面温度下降,毛孔闭塞,身体内部汗液散发不出来,还是会感到炎热,同时还会出现疲乏无力、腰酸背痛,这就是"憋汗"。因此,不宜用电风扇高档高速吹风,应当调到中速或低速。吹微风为好。吹近风电风扇吹风不宜放在离身体很近的地方,如果近处吹强风,且只吹身体的一面,使受风面的皮肤汗液蒸发快,温度显著降低;而吹不着风
