Abstract: <正> 一般情况下,为了使钢获得良好的强韧性,大都采用传统的“高温奥氏体化→淬火→回火”的热处理工艺。固然,这种工艺与其它热处理(如正火、退火)工艺比,在钢材化学成分固定的前提下,可以赋于钢材较高的强度水平;但是也有它不可避免的缺点,如:自较高的奥氏体化温度急剧冷却(淬火)时,钢材尺寸会发生变形;尽管后来经过回火,但仍具有较甚的裂纹源,因而导至较差的断裂韧性;为了保证较大工件淬火
