Abstract: 在Φ109×7mm,长660mm的40Mn2无缝钢管热处理生产过程中,采用同一热处理工艺和生产条件,正常情况下质量稳定。但某些冶金炉号的钢管热处理后出现严重裂纹。根据现场调查,工艺分析,物理检查等表明:原材料冶炼时夹杂物偏聚严重,并伴有微裂纹,由于热处理应力集中引起缺陷严重处开裂,废品率达4%。本文介绍了经过工艺调整,减少热处理应力,起到了抑制裂纹的作用,废品率降到千分之一以下,并经实际生产考核,证明质量没有问题。
