Abstract: 本文设计了一种用Ni3Al做为强化相的镍基高温合金和一种以Ni3Al为基体的Ni-Al合金,分析、比较了常规铸态凝固和快速凝固后各合金的微观组织结构。实验结果表明,应用快速凝固技术不仅可以明显改善合金的微观组织结构,增加镍基高温合金中弥散强化的Ni3Al相的数量,还有可能通过控制Ni3Al的尺寸、形态和亚稳相的形成研制出性能更好的、以Ni3Al为基体的新型高温合金。
