Abstract: 在悬浮熔炼装置上采用玻璃包熔及反复热循环处理工艺,可使Ni-25.3wt%sn亚共晶合金以较慢的冷却速度获得凝固前的大过冷熔体,其最高无量纲过冷度(θ=△AT/TL)达到0.29。结果表明:随着过冷度的增加,枝晶间距大大细化,并且枝晶形态由树枝晶向非枝晶转变;随着离开试样表面的距离增加,其剖面组织中枝晶间距呈现明显的粗化,用X射线衍射分析表明:在大过冷熔体的凝固组织中存在着亚稳相Ni4Sn。
