Abstract: The simulation calculation was performed for the gas-liquid two-phase transient flow of YOTCGP650 type hydraulic coupling by using the VOF model, standard k-εturbulence model and slip grid of CFD software. The velocity, pressure and two-phase distribution of flow field in hydraulic coupling were got. When the input speed is certain, but the filling rate is different, the distribution laws of pressure, velocity and two-phase is analyzed under the variable speed condition. At the same time, the true flow in working chamber of hydraulic cou-pling is revealed. So it is helpful to guide the design and structural optimization of hydraulic coupling.
