Abstract: 介绍了硅热法冶炼高速钢磨屑生产复合合金的原理及工艺过程,对原料粒度、还原剂、石灰及单位热效应对回收率的影响进行了分析研究.结果表明:W、Mo回收率在95%以上,Cr回收率大于55%,V回收率不低于20%,产品质量稳定,可满足炼钢使用要求,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益.
