Abstract: 应用高温密闭电阻,在还原气氛中,通过高温熔融试验,对液态锰铁的高温挥发进行了初步研究.熔融锰铁的温度愈高,平衡蒸气压愈大,挥发速度愈快.熔体中锰的扩散速度是挥发过程的限制性环节.金属锰在锰铁熔体中的扩散动力学方程可近似表达为:C=Cb+(Ci-l-Cb) erf[χ/4Dtl式中,1 733K时,D=2.0×10-5;1 793K时,D=3.5×10-5.
