Abstract: 1.双倍工资罚则设置的目的用人单位与劳动者建立劳动关系应当订立书面劳动合同。根据相关法律规定,用人单位自用工之日起满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的,应向劳动者支付两倍的工资。用人单位负有主动与劳动者签订劳动合同的义务,劳动者也应积极与用人单位签订劳动合同。
