Abstract: 选择1日龄艾薇茵肉仔鸡900只,分3个处理组:处理组1是对照组,不添加抗生素和化学合成抑菌药物;处理组2添加细菌源脂肪酶;处理组3添加真菌源脂肪酶.结果表明,15~21日龄阶段,处理组3肉鸡平均日增重和表观代谢能显著高于处理组1和处理组2(P<0.05);料重比处理组3肉鸡显著低于处理组1和处理组2(P<0.05);粗脂肪表观代谢率处理组3肉鸡有大于处理组1和处理组2的趋势,但差异不显著(0.05<P<0.1);处理组3死亡率低于处理组1和处理组2.试验表明,在无抗简单日粮配方条件下,真菌源脂肪酶能够改善1~21日龄肉仔鸡的生产性能,提高养分利用率,降低肉仔鸡死亡率.
