Study on a Photoelectric Signal Processing Method for the DOC Online Analyzer

Abstract: At present, in the field of ocean eco-environment monitoring, there is no effective domestic method capable of fast, stable, on-line automatic measurement of dissolved organic carbon(DOC). To this end, a photoelectric signal processing method is presented in this paper for seawater DOC online analysis. Firstly, it should ensure that the weak light signal generated by oxidation glow could be detected by photomultiplier tubes.Then it uses the phase lock amplifying, band-pass filter and other circuit module for early signal treatment, and adopts the compound digital filter algorithm to further conduct smooth noise signal processing in the CPU. This method finally solves the weak photoelectric signal processing problem of the DOC online analysis method. Longterm test data show that the parallelism of the measurement data of this method can reached 85% of the laboratory method. It is proved that the method has a capability of on-line analysis with faster measuring speed,and thus has good practicability.
