Abstract: 高硅合金生产过程中,大型矿热炉的电极电流交互作用明显,引起了三相电极电流变化的不可预测性,同时由于大型矿热炉电抗值较高,引起了电极移动的不敏感性,频繁移动电极对电炉的三相电极功率平衡控制带来了一定困难.文章根据矿热炉电路原理对减弱电极电流交互作用和平衡三相电极功率提出了保持三相功率平衡的控制策略和措施.
