Abstract: Taking root strongly is the key to improving the work performance of remotely operated vehicle(ROV).Firstly, the negative pressure adsorption structure is studied, which is based on drive of step motor roller screw.The adsorption structure which can be used underwater is composed of two opposed pistons with insulated oil.Then the multi-lip sealing structure is designed that can improve the face seal performance. Secondly, the mechanical model of adsorption structure is deduced and analyzed, before finally establishing the function realization process of underwater adsorption structure. Results in this paper can give references to the hardware implementation of the controlled underwater adsorption structure.
