Abstract: [目的]探讨制药厂水蜜丸自动生产线项目职业病危害因素识别、评价和危害控制措施的效果。[方法]选取某制药厂新建的水蜜丸自动生产线项目,采用现场职业卫生调查法、检验检测法、分析该项目存在的职业病危害因素及相关的防护措施。[结果]某制药厂水蜜丸自动生产线项目存在的职业病危害因素种类主要为制丸、圆丸、微波干燥过程中接触到的噪声、微波辐射、药物粉尘和乙醇,除筛丸、抛光岗位噪声超标外,粉尘、乙醇和微波辐射等职业病危害因素的浓度或强度检测结果均符合相应的职业接触限值。[结论]该制药厂水蜜丸自动生产线职业病危害较重的建设项目,在现有的职业病防护措施基础上,还应加强噪声的控制。
