Bacterium examination of 177 foodborne diseases in Mentougou District of Beijing in 2016

Abstract: [目的]通过对北京市门头沟区食源性腹泻患者标本监测结果的分析,了解致泻性病菌的流行特征,为腹泻防控提供科学依据。[方法]调查2016年4月—10月门头沟区医院肠道门诊食源性腹泻患者,开展粪便标本病原学检测,分析致病菌流行特征。[结果]共检测177例食源性腹泻患者,28件样品检出致病性细菌,检出率15.82%,其中致泻性大肠埃希氏菌14件,检出率7.91%;沙门氏菌6件,检出率3.39%;副溶血性弧菌6件,检出率3.39%;变形杆菌1件,检出率0.56%;铜绿假单胞菌1件,检出率0.56%;未检出志贺氏菌。致病菌检出高峰月份为7—8月。家庭是主要进食场所(41.81%),食物来源主要为禽肉类(30.51%)。[结论]该区2016年主要致病菌为致泻性大肠埃希氏菌、沙门氏菌、副溶血性弧菌,应加强居民饮食习惯的宣传教育。
