Abstract: 设计了一种应用于深海高压环境中的外接皮囊一体式新型液压系统的压力自平衡装置,并对其工作原理进行了分析,在此基础上又对其压力平衡过程进行了建模和分析,建立了装置所需硅油补偿体积与密封腔体规格及所处海水压力等相关参数的关系公式.结果表明,实现压力平衡需要补偿的油液体积与装置所处环境温度降低量、环境压力增量、海水压力及材料弹性模量成正相关关系,与材料泊松比成负相关关系,并得出了装置设计相关参数曲线.通过公式及曲线对实际设计装置进行指导验证,可实现装置体积小、质量轻、耗能低的最优设计.
