Abstract: [目的]分析某采石场生产过程中存在的矽尘、噪声和高温及其危害程度,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。[方法]通过职业卫生调查,对采石场存在矽尘、噪声和高温的场所进行职业病危害识别、检测,并对检测结果进行分析。[结果]该采石场工作场所定点检测矽尘(总尘)时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)为0.5~15.7 mg/m~3,矽尘(呼尘)CTWA为0.4~3.6 mg/m~3,总体超标率为83.3%;个体检测矽尘(总尘)CTWA为0.6~1.1 mg/m~3,矽尘(呼尘)CTWA为0.1~0.8 mg/m~3,总体超标率为100%。检测7个噪声岗位,定点噪声声级81.0~91.1 d B(A),个体噪声声级78.0~88.1 d B(A),超标率均为14.3%。检测6个高温岗位湿球黑球温度为26.1~33.2℃,超标率为16.7%。[结论]采石场矽尘、噪声和高温职业病危害严重,采矿、破碎堆料生产单元为关键控制点,应加强职业病防治工作。
