Abstract: [Objective] The individual protection system for emergency disposal of liquid propellant was developed,in order to enhance the emergency disposal ability in space experiments. [Methods] Protective clothing with long-tube air supply was prepared,using a full-cladding and isolated structure and air-cooled technique. Wireless communication and video monitoring command system was prepared with bone-conduct technique,microwave communication and digital video editing technique.[Results] The prepared individual protection system could provide higher protection factor and protection reliability,which the total protection factor was more than 125 and the respiratory protection factor was more than 30 000. [Conclusion] It revealed that the prepared individual protection system could meet the need of first-class protection,and be applied to emergency disposal for liquid propellant.
