Abstract: 基于空调室外机提风量降噪音的设计需求,研究了网罩疏密性、风轮位置和导风圈长度对室外机风量噪音的影响.结果表明:随着出风网罩稀疏性增加,室外机风量增加,同风量下噪音可降低0.5dB,增加出风网罩的稀疏性有利于室外机提风量降噪音.随着风轮前移,室外机风量可增加20~30方,同风量下噪音可下降0.5dB,风轮前移有利于室外机提风量降噪音.随着导风圈长度增加,室外机风量可增加85~100方,同风量下噪音可下降1dB,加长导风圈有利于室外机提风量降噪音.然而增加网罩稀疏性和风轮前移受到设计规范的限制,加长导风圈受到钣金材质和加工工艺的限制.
