Research and Discussion on the Site Selection Survey Plan for Marine Eco-Environment Online Monitoring System Built in Shore-Site Stations and Island Stations

Abstract: Based on the idea of "one station with multi functions" of the former State Oceanic Administration, this paper puts forward an online system for monitoring the marine ecological environment, which has been carried out at the established ocean tidal stations under the background of the SOA vigorously promoting such an undertaking. This paper takes the construction of the online monitoring system of Zhoushan tidal station as an example to discuss the plan about selecting and investigating the constructional address of the marine eco-environment online monitoring system built in shore-site stations and island-based stations. The researchers demonstrate the representativeness of water quality about it in different sea areas in terms of selecting water quality control station, monitoring parameters and frequency. The surveying results of sea tidal stations in Zhoushan indicate that for water temperature, salinity, p H, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, chlorophyll, nitrite, nitrate,ammonia nitrogen, phosphate and silicate, a total of 11 parameters from online monitoring system, there is a good consistence between Zhoushan tidal station and nearby waters for those water parameters, and it can be compared to historical data. It can be concluded that the Zhoushan tidal station with its nearby waters has good representativeness in water quality and environment.
