Abstract: 高压输电用耐张线夹在服役过程中常常因腐蚀而失效.为提高耐张线夹的使用寿命,检测了失效耐张线夹表面腐蚀产物的微观结构和化学成分,并与未失效的耐张线夹进行了对比.研究了耐张线夹的腐蚀机制.结果表明:失效线夹在服役过程中产生了断股现象,导致水汽或雨水进入线夹,加速了耐张线夹的腐蚀.红外测温发现,线夹接头处的温度会随其表面腐蚀产物覆盖率的增大而升高.此外,由激光测震发现,线夹压接部位的铝线断裂,也导致了线夹失效.
