Abstract: 硬质合金是制造数控刀具的主要材料之一.一批φ12 mm的硬质合金钻头在磨削过程中发生断裂.对断裂的硬质合金钻头进行了金相、硬度、密度、磁饱和及矫顽磁力等有关性能的检测,以弄清钻头断裂的原因.分析结果表明:断裂钻头的磁饱和值偏低,并有脱碳,是导致钻头磨削时断裂的主要原因.硬质合金脱碳将会导致硬度偏高和断裂韧度明显降低.建议加强对用于制作钻头等刀具的硬质合金原材料的检测,以避免刀具在制造过程中报废.
