Abstract: 16MnCr5钢凸轮轴需要进行渗碳和淬火处理,技术要求为:渗层深度1.7~2.1mm,淬火后表面硬度60~64 HRC,0.1 mm、0.4 mm深度处硬度700~840 HV1.渗碳淬火工艺为:935℃在1.05%C碳势的气氛中保温12.5 h,然后在0.85%C碳势的气氛中保温2 h;淬火温度为850℃,淬火方式为60℃油冷,渗碳、淬火设备为FBQ渗碳炉.通过改变装炉量、调整装炉方式和淬火油的搅拌烈度以及更换淬火油品种等方法,使凸轮轴经渗碳、淬火后质量达到了要求.
