Abstract: 2017年7月,重庆主城区接连发生三起餐馆急性一氧化碳中毒事件。通过调查发现,这三起餐馆的急性一氧化碳中毒事件均发生在一楼临街小餐馆,面积较小(35~50 m2),厨房和用餐区相连,厨房除抽油烟机外,均无抽排风设施,均未安装报警器,均使用液化气罐,使用空调而紧闭店门,未开抽油烟机,通风严重不足,致使一氧化碳蓄积。建议类似餐馆应总结经验教训,提高安全防范意识;监管部门应加强宣传教育力度,尽可能减少小餐馆一氧化碳中毒事件发生。
