Abstract: 前几日朋友寄来了一盒鲜嫩冬笋,令我在这寒冷刺骨的北方,宛若一下子嗅到了江南清新的气息.笋,其实就是竹子的芽茎,是不可多得的美味.竹笋,一年中可采摘3次,分别是冬季采摘的冬笋,春季采摘的春笋,以及夏季采摘的鞭笋.其中,冬笋是公认的笋中皇后.冬笋,是立秋前后由毛竹的地下茎的侧芽发育而成的笋芽,因尚未出土,笋质幼嫩,是一道人们十分喜欢吃的菜肴.相对于春笋,其肉质更为细嫩,营养更丰富,味道最为鲜美,素有“蔬食第一品”的美誉.
