Abstract: “绿色”是生机的象征,被人们赋予无公害、健康、生态、阳光等内在涵义。绿色发展是实现发展的绿色化,强调经济增长要采取绿色发展方式、注重绿色发展绩效。企业作为资源消耗和污染排放的主要方面,是构建环境治理体系和推进绿色发展的主体。为衡量和评价企业绿色发展绩效,从经济绩效、社会绩效和生态环境绩效三个维度,构建企业绿色发展绩效评价指标体系;结合山东钢铁股份有限公司典型案例进行分析,以期对我国企业绿色发展绩效评价体系的实施路径提出切实有效的对策建议。
