Abstract: 以2011~2016年中小板企业为样本,从薪酬差距成因角度实证检验薪酬差距对企业业绩的影响。研究发现,高管能力、高管权力和股权激励程度都会正向影响薪酬差距,高管能力和股权激励形成的薪酬差距对企业业绩有正向影响,而高管权力形成的薪酬差距对企业业绩有负向影响。上述研究表明,应有区别地对待不同成因导致的薪酬差距,强化高管能力、股权激励等合理因素在薪酬契约中的作用,限制高管权力等不合理因素对薪酬差距的影响。
