Abstract: 目的研究氢氟酸烧伤中毒后对兔外周血单个核细胞早期凋亡百分率和胞内游离钙浓度([Ca++]i)的影响.方法用流式细胞仪检测兔烧伤染毒前后外周血单个核细胞的Annexin V变化,以观察其早期凋亡百分率;用Fluo-3/Am荧光探针观察烧伤染毒前后外周血单个核细胞内Ca++平均荧光强度值的变化.结果12只烧伤中毒兔外周血单个核细胞早期凋亡百分率显著增加,较染毒前比较P<0.01.而12只烧伤中毒兔染毒后1h外周血单个核细胞内[Ca++]i与染毒前比较P>0.05,差异无显著性.结论本实验提示氢氟酸烧伤中毒引导的细胞凋亡不同于一般认为钙离子浓度升高是大多数细胞凋亡所必需的途径,而是别的凋亡机制.
