Abstract: 针对压缩机排气管共振问题,选择我司某款冰箱,根据设计图纸进行管路建模与高精度扫描设备扫描建模两种方式对冰箱排气管进行建模仿真,得到其固有频率分布特征.根据实验和仿真固有频率结果分析,发现仿真结果与实验测试最大误差率达14.9%,而采用高精度扫描设备进行实物扫描建模,得到的仿真结果与实验测试更贴近,最大误差率在6.8%,有效反映了实际排气管的固有频率分布特征,减小了常规按图建模仿真方法带来的误差影响,为冰箱管路建模仿真研究和进行下一步优化设计提供了可靠性参考.
