Abstract: 冰箱压缩机3900RPM高频运行时辐射声大,辐射声频段为1500~3000Hz,此频段噪声容易使用户产生烦躁情绪.目前将吸音棉粘贴在压缩机舱后盖板上来降低辐射声,但吸音棉吸声频段窄,降噪效果有限,仅为0.7dB(A).针对此问题,提出微穿孔板+吸声空胶的压缩机舱复合后盖板吸声结构.通过数值计算方法模拟驻波管实验计算吸声系数,确定吸声空腔的尺寸为20mm.经验证,压缩机转速3900r/min时可降噪1.74dB(A),说明复合后盖板降噪明显.
