Abstract: 疼痛作为本能反应可以使机体避免更严重的伤害,同时,疼痛作为一种疾病或症状也严重影响人类健康.一直以来,由于研究技术的限制,人们对调控疼痛行为的脑内结构认识非常有限,不够深入.进入21世纪以来,高度特异性病毒工具,以及以此为基础的观察和干预方法的出现,极大地促进了人们对疼痛脑机制的认识.本文简单介绍了光遗传学和化学遗传学的发展及应用历史,归纳了不同动物模型条件下基于这两种技术发现的疼痛调控神经结构,并对未来疼痛神经环路机制的可能研究方向进行了讨论与展望,以期为临床疼痛治疗提供新的思路.
