Abstract: 利用流体计算软件包POLYFLOW对两种熔体的二维等温共挤出进行了数值模拟,重点讨论了两种熔体的流率比和牵引速度对共挤出流动情况、界面形状和挤出胀大的影响.模拟结果表明:流率比增大,两种熔体的壁面平均剪切粘度比增加,流动性差异增加,挤出物层比增加;牵引速度增加,界面平直段增加,挤出物截面减小.
