Abstract: 针对Zn-Al系和ZAS35合金设计了一种新的熔体热处理工艺并进行了工艺试验.结果表明,合金液的最佳过热温度为810℃~830℃.通过该工艺处理后,Zn-Al系合金室温组织细化、均匀,富锌β相增多,钝化了锌合金中的枝晶;ZAS35合金在强度提高的基础上,伸长率提高一倍以上,冲击韧度提高50%以上.
