How can I place an order in China/Asia On Demand (CAOD)?
CAOD provides flexible order options and methods to fit your preferences and needs. You can place an order by emailing us directly at info@oriprobe.com, or faxing the information directly at 1-614-451 0162, or calling us at 1-519-973 1556, or simply use the online order form.
How do I know my order in CAOD has been received?
Once an order is received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from CAOD, containing an order ID number.
How can I check the status of an order?
You can view your current order status by entering your order ID number in the Track tool at the Home page or the Order center. Also, you can send us an email to check your order status. We will inform the details of your order.
How to cancel or change an orderin CAOD?
For the regular services, you may simply contact CAOD (via email or telephone) and tell us the documents you wish to cancel or change. We will then cancel or change the order according to your request. However, rush orders and documents that have been sent out cannot be changed or canceled.
Do I get charged for documents that are ordered but cannot be found or delivered?
No. There is no charge for documents that can not be sent to customers, whatever the reason may be.
Why do copyright fees exist?
The copyright fees are required by copyright laws, paid to right holders for using created works.
How much should I pay for a copyright fee on a certain document?
Copyright fees vary according to different publishers, and usually it's between US$10-30, occasionally it could exceed US$50. When making an order of our extended services (copyright fees for regular services are included in the service charges), you can choose to get notifications so that we will contact you if the copyright fees were beyond your expectation.
What form my documents can be delivered in?
Documents can be delivered in any format you want. The most popular delivery method is via email in PDF Format. Other options are by fax, air mail, courier, etc.

How can I become a member?
Please register at http://open.oriprobe.com, and send us your IPs (not mandatory) and/or your URL. And you would be given instructions on how to link to open.oriprobe.com at your web page. It’s easy and fast.
How long will it take to apply for a member?
Your application will be verified and confirmed within 24 hours, and then you and your patrons would then use the e-recourses free of charge.
