  Pricing of full-text databases is based on several factors, such as the number of simultaneous users, and options of perpetual access and achieving. Please contact us for details.

• Journal Subscription:

  Individual journals could be subscribed by titles. Customized packages allow you to meet the unique needs of your institute. Prepackaged files are also made available at an affordable price.

• Articles On Demand Service:

  You can download the full-text article/ document that is retrieved via searching and/or title browsing. All major credit cards are acceptable for online payment. Our credit card payment processing uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) -encryption technology, which is one of the most effective, powerful encryption and security technologies. This prevents spoofing or theft of information, modification, and so on. The cost per article/document starts from US$11.95. A special rate for the service will be offered to members.

• Open Resources:

    This database is offered free to members. On-demand service is offered for none-membership users with affordable cost.

    • Chinese Companies
      This database is offered free to members. On-demand service is offered for none-membership users with affordable cost.
    • Business Research Reports
      Table of contents and abstracts are offered free to members. Full-text research reports could be available via on-demand service, and the price will verified according to the content of the reports at affordable rates.

Document Delivery:

There are three ways to place an order: CAOD’s local staff would help you retrieve articles/documents that you or your patrons request 24/7 with affordable cost and speedy service.

• For articles/Documents in our catalogue: the turnaround time will be less than 24 hours, and the price starts at US$11.95 per article/Document.
• For articles/Documents out the collection of CAOD: articles/documents will be sent to you usually within 2 business days, and an extra fee, normally US$8.00, may apply when obtaining the articles/Documents.
• Rush service: As a matter of fact, CAOD treats every request as rush service and most documents would be delivered within 24 hours. If for any reason, you need documents to be delivered urgently, for example, ASAP, Hours and Same Business Day, please mark “rush” in your request and state your time frame. You could also call our North America or China telephone numbers. Additional costs may happen under this situation, normally under US$20.00. Please kindly be noticed that there is NO CANCELLATIONS for this kind of orders.
• Expert Service is especially designed for researchers, to assist them with special projects or searches. Rates will vary according to different projects, normally US$ 30.00-90.00 per hour.

Deposit Accounts:

For those who need articles/documents frequently or those who need to support a group of users, a deposit account is recommended. Login your account and you don't have to fill in your information when placing new orders. IP authorized access is also available. A 5 to 15% discount will be provided for bulk orders.
